Facilitation is very important in enhancing the enduringness of the HRM function, mainly because it increases the decision-making potential of groups and teams, which is often related to the development of ideas or solutions for organizational problems. The co-donation of organization-wide and group-based discussions is also necessary in increasing the effectiveness of t he HR function (Armstrong, 2012, p. 583).
